3. How much and how long for the samples ?
Samples are free for the regular customers and we will bear the courier cost from door to door
We normally need 7 days to prepare the samples and delivery time is around 10 days
For the new customers, samples are free too, but the delivery cost will be billed by customer
For the customized samples, it will take 15 days to prepare after finished the appearance and internal structure design, delivery time is around 10 days too.
4. Do you accept OEM or ODM business?

5. How do you deal with the quality problem?
We will send the technicians to check out the defective products as soon as possible.
If it is the design defect, we will offer the remediation plan as soon as possible, and we will bear all the losses.
If it is the quality problem of raw materials, we will find out the alternative components as soon as possible, and we will bear all the losses.
