1、Do you accept OEM business?
Yes, we are OEM supplier with professional graphic designer to support customer in changing color of light appearance, logo position, package design etc.
2、What kind of certificate you have?
Our factory approved BSCI, ISO9001: 2015,
The products meet CE, RoHS for EU market, UKCA for UK market.
The whole light can meet reach standard.
The waterproof and explosion-proof for some special item.
3、Can I get samples from your factory? And delivery time?
Yes, samples are free, but the express charges are yours for first cooperation
We provide free samples and prepaid express fee for customers who have cooperated with us.
It takes 7days to prepare the general samples, and 10days arrival for courier.
It takes 15days to prepare the custom sample in color, logo and function, 10days arrival for courier after confirming the design sketch.

4、What' s the delivery time for mass production?
It takes 40 days for products that have already been ordered items, 60days for new items.
5、If products have some quality problem, how would you deal with?
We need detailed description of defective products, photos or video so as to analyses the reason and find the solution, if it' s our problem, first we will negotiate with the customer and meet the customer' s compensation requirements when the light can' t repair.
Our engineer will keep improving and focusing on this quality problem so as to solve it completely.
