OUR service ​​​​​​​

For our regular models, we can make the samples for free based on customer’s nominated color, logo and marks. For customized models, customer just pay for the 3D sample fee after the design is completed. and the first confirmed samples after mold completion can be provided for free.​​​​​​​ We design 3-5 products in each quarter to meet different customers, OEM/ODM service is our main business too.


  1. After completed the sample with customized color, we can provide high-definition product pictures and help design color box/double bubble shell/display box/outer box shipping mark according to customer requirements.

Any feedback, repair, and negotiable compensation for defective products are acceptable. With 15 years of production and sales experience, the defective rate of our products maintains within 0.2%, and we are confident that there will be zero defective rate in future.

  • Custom process

    1.   Free samples For our regular models, we can make the samples for free based on customer’s color, logo and marks. For customized models, customer just pay for the 3D sample fee after the design is completed. and the first confirmed samples after mold completion can be provided for free.

    3.   Customized product flow 
    4. a.Customers tell us what kind of function and requirements they need, and provide the design manuscripts or hand-painted sketches.

    5. b.Our structural engineer will evaluate the rationality of the design in size according to functional requirements of the product, then will design the internal structure to implement all the function after customer confirmed the modification of product size.

    6. c.We start to prepare the 3D sample while both of us confirm the final product design. The 3D sample will fully meet the customer's requirements in appearance and function and keep the same with master production.

    7. d.We will develop the mould when 3D sample confirmed and it will take around 30 days and the first sample will be ready in 15 days. After that, we will take 2 days to finish the aging test and 3~5 days to test all the functions. Finally, we will send out the samples and test report to customer. e.We will arrange the small-batch production after customer confirmed the 3D sample, then arrange the master raw materials purchase after test all the small-batch product.

So, OEM customers don’t have to worry about lacking new products, our new products will help you to occupy the market quickly.
